<h2><strong>Hirirart Roble, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Hiriart Roble</strong>, ist ein Rotwein, der zu 100% aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo (wird in dieser Region Spaniens "Tinta del pais" genannt) hergestellt. Er ist der "jüngste" <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotwein</a> </strong>der Familie Hiriart aus <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/cigales/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Cigales </strong></a>und wurde insgesamt 4 Monate in neuen Fässern aus amerikanischer und französischer Eiche gelagert. Die Charakteristiken der Rebsorte mit Aromen nach roten Früchten, stehen bei diesem Wein im Vordergrund und werden durch Gewürzaromen von Zimt und Pfeffer, sowie Röstaromen abgerundet. Im Mund ist der Wein fleischig und fruchtig und mit einer angenehmen Bitterkeit und ausgeglichenen Säure verbunden. Der Abgang ist lang.  </p>

Ribera del Jucar</span></a></strong> zeichnen sich immer durch ein ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis aus. Nachdem der Wein den Prozess der alkoholischen Gärung abgeschlossen hat, lässt man ihn anschliessend noch 3 Monate im Depot auf der Feinhefe reifen (sur lie) um ihm so mehr Volumen und Eleganz zu geben. <h2><strong>Casa de Illana Carmen, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Die<strong> </strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-jucar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Ribera del Jucar</strong></a></span> liegt im Osten der La Mancha im zentralen Hochland Spaniens. Die Rebflächen der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</span></strong></a> liegen entlang des Flusses Jucar nachdem diese Weinregion benannt ist. Optimale Bodenbedingungen also. Hinzu kommt die relative hohe Lage mit ca. 750m über NN. Die Folge ist, dass in der Reifezeit der Trauben im ausklingenden spanischen Sommer, die Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht schon recht ausgeprägt sind. Die Trauben bilden also, die für erstklassige Weine notwendige Säure aus. Der Casa de Illana Carmen ist ein reinsortiger Sauvignon Blanc und Lagenwein aus der Parzelle "Montecillo". Die Fermentation und die darauf folgende Reife sur Lie (auf der Feinhefe) findet komplett in Holzfässern über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten statt. <h2><strong>Hiriart Crianza, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Dieser Crianza der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-cigalena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bodegas Hiriart</strong></span></a> wurde ausschließlich aus Trauben der Rebsorte "Tinta del pais" (<strong>Tempranillo</strong>) gekeltert. Für diesen Wein wurde eine Selektion von Trauben der ältesten Rebstöcke des Weingutes verwendet. Die 14 monatige oxidative Reife des Weines geschieht in Fässern aus amerikanischer und französischer Eiche. Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong> </a>hat eine kräftige Farbe und hat im Glas eine große aromatische Intensität mit Noten von schwarzen Früchten und edlem Holz. Im Mund treten die reifen Tannine und eine gute Fleischigkeit zum Vorschein, mit einer perfekten Balance zwischen Alkohol und Säure. Der Abgang ist lang und die Aromen des Weines verbleiben lange im Mund. <h2><strong>Lo Coster Blanc, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Der Lo Coster Blanc ist ein Weißwein-Cuvée aus der D.O.C <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> aus den Rebsorten Garnacha Blanca und Macabeu. Dieser vollmundige spanische <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Weißwein</strong></span></a> von <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/sangenis-i-vaque/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sangenís i Vaqué</a></span></strong> ist sehr harmonisch und besitzt neben eleganten Fruchtaromen und angenehmen Holzaromen, auch eine wunderbar samtige und seidige Struktur. Die Säure ist ebenfall gut integriert.  Wie alle Weine von Sangenis i Vaqué ist auch dieser elegante Tropfen weder filtriert noch geschönt.</p> <p></p>

<h2><strong>Casa de Illana Selección, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Casa de Illana Selección</strong> ist ein ausgezeichnetes <strong>Cuvée</strong> aus den Rebsorten <strong>Bobal </strong>(autochton/ einheimische Rebsorte)<strong> Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah</strong>. Die Reben stehen alle auf der Parzelle "Monte Alto" von den<a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong> Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</strong></span></a>, deren Boden tonig-sandige Schwemmlandböden des Flusses Jucar sind. Optimale Bodenbedingungen also. Hinzu kommt die relative hohe Lage mit ca. 750m über NN. Die Folge ist, dass in der Reifezeit der Trauben im ausklingenden spanischen Sommer, die Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht schon recht ausgeprägt sind. Die Trauben bilden also, die für erstklassige <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotweine</strong></a></span> notwendige Säure aus. <h2><strong>Casa de Illana Bobal, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Casa de Illana Bobal</strong> ist ein reiner <strong>Lagenwein</strong> und stammt somit nur aus einer einzigen Parzelle der Finca Buenavista. Mit diesem Wein will die Familie Prosper die Tradition der Region erhalten, in der früher weitaus mehr mit dieser Rebsorte gearbeitet wurde. Der <strong>Bobal</strong> ist ein spanische Rotweinrebsorte, die oft eine ausgeprägte Säure aufweist. Einer der Gründe, warum heutzutage mehr auf andere Sorten gesetzt wird, welche gefälligere Weine ergeben. </p> <p>Umso schöner ist es, dass man nicht jedem Trend bei den<strong> <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</a></span></strong> folgt. <h2><strong>Candiles de Hiriart (Reserva), spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Candiles de Hiriart</strong> vereint perfekt die frische und Frucht des <strong>Garnachas</strong> (100 Jahre alte Rebstöcke) mit der Stärke und der Kraft des <strong>Tempranillo</strong>. Das Ergebnis ist ein ausgewogener, runder und sehr weicher <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a></span> mit einer tollen Aromatik. </p> <p>Die Rebflächen der Bodega liegen auf einer Höhe von 700 bis 850m über NN. Dadurch ergeben sich vor allem während der Reifezeit der Trauben im August und im September, große Temperaturunterschiede bei den Tages- und Nachttemperaturen. Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die Produktion von Qualitätsweinen, da dies die Säureproduktion in den Trauben verursacht. Die Säure ist später ein wesentlicher Faktor für Haltbarkeit der Weine. Desweiteren werden bei <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-cigalena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Hiriart</a></strong></span> maximal 4.000kg Trauben pro Hektar geerntet - ein Wert der unter den vorgegebenen Werten der angrenzenden D.O. Er wurde somit nie einer Reife im Holzfass unterzogen. Trotzdem hat auch der aktuelle Jahrgang schon einiges an Flaschenreife hinter sich, was vor allem ein Ausdruck dafür ist, mit welch hochwertigem Lesegut bei diesem Weingut aus dem <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Priorat</span></strong></a> gearbeitet wird. Der Garbinada kommt für einen Joven wuchtig daher, mit präsenten Tanninen und der typischen Priorat-Note am Gaumen und in der Nase. <h2><strong>Vall Por, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Vall Por ist katalanisch für das "Tal der Angst". So hieß das Tal im dem heute die Stadt Porrera liegt im Mittelalter da sich hier Räuber und Wölfe ihr Unwesen trieben. Mit der Besiedlung des Tals und der Gründung jener kleinen Siedlung verschwand die Angst und der Name der Stadt war Programm: Porrera steht für "Por era" - umgangssprachlich übersetzt "Angst war mal". </p> <p>Der <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></a> </strong>Vall Por besteht und wie soll es im <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a></span> auch anders sein in der Basis aus den beiden Rebsorten <strong>Garnacha Negra</strong> und <strong>Cariñena</strong>, die durch die Rebsorte <strong>Cabernet Sauvignon</strong> ergänzt werden.
