<h2><strong>Clos Mustardó, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2>
<p>Ein wirklich besonderer Wein aus Joans Kreation ist der <strong>Clos Mustardó</strong>, welcher ein Cuvée aus den <strong>Rebsorten Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot</strong> ist. Die Trauben werden bei <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-ametller/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Ametller</strong></a></span> per Hand in den Weinbergen im <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Priorat</span></a> </strong>am Fuße des Montsant gelesen und später sortiert, damit nur die besten Trauben für diesen Wein verwendet werden. Der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotwein</a> </strong></span>reift nach dem Gärprozess <strong>12 Monate in 300 Literfässern, hauptächlich aus französischer Eiche</strong>. Aber auch Fässer aus amerikanischer und ungarischer Eiche kommen zum Einsatz. Die Farbe ist ein intensives dunkles Kirschrot mit einem dunklen purpurroten Rand. In der Nase treten expressive fruchtige Aromen mit subtilen Röstaromen auf. Im Mund ist dieser Wein warm, ausgewogen und aromatisch. Der Abgang ist lang und angenehm. </p>

Hier - zwischen dem Montsant-Gebirge und dem Siurana-Fluss - herrscht ein spezifisches Mikroklima, was Poboleda zu einem der kühlsten Orte im Priorat macht. Nichtsdestotrotz herrscht ein mediterranes Klima mit viel Sonne und wenig Niederschlägen. Aufgrund dieses Klimas und der armen Schieferböden ergeben die Reben im Priorat und insbesondere bei Mas Doix niedrige Erträge, dafür hochkonzentrierte Trauben von fantastischer Qualität.</span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Mas Doix ist einer der Spitzenerzeuger der Appellation DOCa Priorat. Das Weingut wurde 1998 von den lokal ansässigen Familien Doix und Llagostera gegründet. Die Weintradition der Familien reicht hingegen bis ins 19. Jahrhundert zurück. Über viele Jahrzehnte haben sie ihre Trauben allerdings nicht selbst zu Wein verarbeitet, sondern an die örtliche Genossenschaft verkauft.</span></p>

Die alten Reben liefern Trauben von hoher Qualität und Konzentration. Hinzu kommt, dass alle Weinberge von Mas Doix biologisch und ausschließlich von Hand bearbeitet werden.<br /><br /></span></p>

<h2><strong>Garbinada, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2>
<p>Der Garbinada ist der "junge" <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong> </a></span>von <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/sangenis-i-vaque/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Sangenís i Vaqué</span></strong></a>. Er wurde somit nie einer Reife im Holzfass unterzogen. Trotzdem hat auch der aktuelle Jahrgang schon einiges an Flaschenreife hinter sich, was vor allem ein Ausdruck dafür ist, mit welch hochwertigem Lesegut bei diesem Weingut aus dem <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Priorat</span></strong></a> gearbeitet wird. Der Garbinada kommt für einen Joven wuchtig daher, mit präsenten Tanninen und der typischen Priorat-Note am Gaumen und in der Nase. Perfekt abgerundet wird der Wein durch seinen kleinen Anteil der Rebsorte Syrah, die dem Wein eine herrliche würzige und beerige Note verleiht. <br /><br /></p>

Die Weinanbaugebiete Spaniens bei Vino&Alma
Die Geografie Spaniens mit der zentralen Hochebene, den Küsten und den Hohen Gebirgszügen (Sierras) ergeben eine Vielzahl klimatischer und standörtlicher Ausprägungen. Hinzu kommt die intensive Sonneneinstrahlung, aber auch Gebiete mit längeren Kälteperioden und Schnee, die Spanien zu einem außergewöhnlichen Land für den Weinanbau machen und die Verwendung der unterschiedlichsten Rebsorten ermöglichen. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum es so viele Qualitätsherkünfte in Spanien gibt.
Damit eine Region den Status Denominacion de origen erhält, muss diese nachweisen, dass in Ihr bereits seit mindestens 5 Jahre strenge Vorgaben zur Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen gelten und diese eingehalten und kontrolliert werden. Damit ist das Label der jeweiligen D.O. auf den Weinflaschen vor allem eines: Sicherheit für den Kunden, dass dieser Wein tatsächlich ein Qualitätswein ist.
Geregelt wird durch den Kontrollrat der jeweiligen Region beispielsweis unter anderem die in der Region zugelassenen Rebsorten. Der Fokus liegt immer auf den für die Region typischen Rebsorten. Geregelt ist demnach auch, wie die Mindestanteile einer Rebsorte in einem Wein je nach Region sein müssen. In der D.O. Ribera del Duero dürfen die Weine fast nur aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo gekeltert werden. Beimischungen sind lediglich in kleineren Anteilen bspw. mit der Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon erlaubt. Aber nicht nur die Rebsorten, sondern auch maximale Erntemengen, der Zukauf von Trauben, der maximale Schwefelanteil im Wein usw. werden durch den Kontrollrat festgelegt und anschliessend auch kontrolliert.
