<p>Der Casa de Illana 3 de 5 stammt von der <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Illana</a></span> aus der Denominacion de origen <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiet/ribera-jucar/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ribera del Jucar</span></a></strong> und ist ein <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a>-Cuvvee aus den Rebsorten Petit Verdot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon und Bobal. Die Reifezeit in Fässern aus französischer Eiche betrug 14 Monate und gibt ihm damit das Prädikat "Crianza". Die Farbe ist Kirschrot. In der Nase ist der Wein wild, balsamisch, würzig, blumig, mit einer reifen schwarzen Frucht und einem raffinierten Toast. Der Wein ist am Gaumen frisch und mit Volumen. Die Tannine sind ausgewogen, intensiv und elegant.</p>

<p>Der <strong>Les Sorts Jove</strong> von den <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> besteht aus den 3 Rebosrten <strong>Garnacha negra, Cariñena und Syrah</strong>. Durch die hier angewendete karbonische Mazeration, ist dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> sehr fruchtig. Bei dieser Weinbereitungstechnik werden die Trauben ohne Quetschen bei hohen Temperaturen (30º) ohne Sauerstoff vergoren. Ein Effekt dieses Verfahrens ist, dass nur wenig Tannine in den Wein gelangen, was diesen weich und rund werden lässt, ohne dass er mehrere Jahre lagern musste. <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Les Crestes ist ein fruchtiger, frischer, formidabler Rotwein mit einem würzigem Abgang, der viel Trinkspass bereitet. Das Spitzenweingut Mas Doix keltert ihn aus den Trauben Garnacha (80%), Syrah und Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena (jeweils 10%). Die Reben sind 15 bis 30 Jahre alt und wurzeln in den für die Appellation Priorat typischen Schieferböden.</span></p>

Die Holzaromen sind bei diesem Rotwein sehr schön eingebunden und nur minimal spürbar. Stattdessen dominieren eine transparente Primärfrucht und saftige Frische. </span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die verschiedenen Parzellen liegen nahe der Ortschaft Poboleda. Hier - zwischen dem Montsant-Gebirge und dem Siurana-Fluss - herrscht ein spezifisches Mikroklima, was Poboleda zu einem der kühlsten Orte im Priorat macht. Nichtsdestotrotz herrscht ein mediterranes Klima mit viel Sonne und wenig Niederschlägen. Aufgrund dieses Klimas und der armen Schieferböden ergeben die Reben im Priorat und insbesondere bei Mas Doix niedrige Erträge, dafür hochkonzentrierte Trauben von fantastischer Qualität.</span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Mas Doix ist einer der Spitzenerzeuger der Appellation DOCa Priorat. Das Weingut wurde 1998 von den lokal ansässigen Familien Doix und Llagostera gegründet. Die Weintradition der Familien reicht hingegen bis ins 19. Jahrhundert zurück. Über viele Jahrzehnte haben sie ihre Trauben allerdings nicht selbst zu Wein verarbeitet, sondern an die örtliche Genossenschaft verkauft.</span></p>

Die alten Reben liefern Trauben von hoher Qualität und Konzentration. Hinzu kommt, dass alle Weinberge von Mas Doix biologisch und ausschließlich von Hand bearbeitet werden.<br /><br /></span></p>

<p>Der <strong>Casa de Illana Selección</strong> ist ein ausgezeichnetes <strong>Cuvée</strong> aus den Rebsorten <strong>Bobal </strong>(autochton/ einheimische Rebsorte)<strong> Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah</strong>. Die Reben stehen alle auf der Parzelle "Monte Alto" von den<a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong> Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</strong></span></a>, deren Boden tonig-sandige Schwemmlandböden des Flusses Jucar sind. Die Weinanbaugebiete Spaniens bei Vino&Alma
Die Geografie Spaniens mit der zentralen Hochebene, den Küsten und den Hohen Gebirgszügen (Sierras) ergeben eine Vielzahl klimatischer und standörtlicher Ausprägungen. Hinzu kommt die intensive Sonneneinstrahlung, aber auch Gebiete mit längeren Kälteperioden und Schnee, die Spanien zu einem außergewöhnlichen Land für den Weinanbau machen und die Verwendung der unterschiedlichsten Rebsorten ermöglichen. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum es so viele Qualitätsherkünfte in Spanien gibt.
Damit eine Region den Status Denominacion de origen erhält, muss diese nachweisen, dass in Ihr bereits seit mindestens 5 Jahre strenge Vorgaben zur Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen gelten und diese eingehalten und kontrolliert werden. Damit ist das Label der jeweiligen D.O. auf den Weinflaschen vor allem eines: Sicherheit für den Kunden, dass dieser Wein tatsächlich ein Qualitätswein ist.
Geregelt wird durch den Kontrollrat der jeweiligen Region beispielsweis unter anderem die in der Region zugelassenen Rebsorten. Der Fokus liegt immer auf den für die Region typischen Rebsorten. Geregelt ist demnach auch, wie die Mindestanteile einer Rebsorte in einem Wein je nach Region sein müssen. In der D.O. Ribera del Duero dürfen die Weine fast nur aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo gekeltert werden. Beimischungen sind lediglich in kleineren Anteilen bspw. mit der Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon erlaubt. Aber nicht nur die Rebsorten, sondern auch maximale Erntemengen, der Zukauf von Trauben, der maximale Schwefelanteil im Wein usw. werden durch den Kontrollrat festgelegt und anschliessend auch kontrolliert.
