Dieser <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotwein</a> </strong></span>aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bullas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">D.O. Die Trauben werden bei <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-ametller/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Ametller</strong></a></span> per Hand  in den Weinbergen im <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Priorat</span></a> </strong>am Fuße des Montsant gelesen und später sortiert, damit nur die besten Trauben für diesen Wein verwendet werden. <h2><strong>4 Cuerdas, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Eines unserer interessantesten Weingüter sind die <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-hydria/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bodegas Hydria</strong></span></a> aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bullas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Denominacion de Origen Bullas</a></strong></span>. Dieses Weingut wurde erst 2014 gebaut, aber arbeitet mit den alten Rebstöcken, die die Familie über die letzten Jahrzente verpachtet hatte. Der <strong>4 Cuerdas </strong>(4 Saiten) ist ein reinsortiger <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Weißwein</span></a> </strong>für den zu <strong>100%</strong> die Rebsorte<strong> Macabeo</strong> verwendet wurde.Wenn man an Spanien und Weißwein denkt, kommt man als Mitteleuropäer eigentlich direkt auf den Gedanken, dass es dafür viel zu warm ist in Spanien. Aber wie wir oft erwähnen, spielt die Höhenlage in Spanien eine wesentliche Rolle für die Güte der Weine. Sie bewirkt, dass die Trauben eben doch die nötige Säure haben, um daraus erstklassige Tropfen in die Flasche bringen zu können. Das beste Beispiel dafür ist der 4 Cuerdas oder aiuch der 4 Cuerdas en barrica oder der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/cuerdas-orange-wine" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">4 Cuerdas Orange Wine</a></strong></span>. Die Rebflächen liegen immerhin auf einer Höhe von rund 800m über dem Meeresspiegel und sind zudem umgeben von bewaldeten Bergen. Also gleich zwei Faktoren, die einen kühlenden Effekt auf die Reben haben. Zudem ist der Macabeo auch eine an die klimatischen Bedingungen, die in den mediterranenen Gefilden Spaniens herrschen, bestens angepasst.<br /><br /></p> <p>Der Wein zeigt im Glas ein blasses Gelb mit stählernen Reflexionen und hat sortentypisch eine mittlere Intensität mit Aromen von Steinobst, Aprikose, Zitrus, Mandarine, weiße Blüten, Yasmin und Orangenblüten vor einem leichten balsamischen Hintergrund. Der Geschmack des Weines ist angenehm mit einem umhüllenden geschmeidigem Körper udn einer ausgeprägten Säure. <h2><strong>88 Teclas, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Auf lediglich 4.500 Stück limitiert ist der<strong> <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></a> 88 Teclas</strong> (88 Tasten) der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-hydria/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Hydria</a></strong></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bullas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Bullas</span></strong></a>. Hergestellt wurde dieser Wein zu 100% aus der <strong>Rebsorte Monastrell</strong>, welche dunkle und würzige Weine ergibt. Die Lagerung des Weines erfolgte <strong>4 Monate in Eichenfässern</strong> (Barrique). Wie bei den anderen Rotweinen der <strong>Bodegas Hydria</strong> auch, ist die Besonderheit, dass dieser weder stabilisiert noch geklärt wurde. Eine Maßnahme die dem Erhalt der ganzen Fülle der Aromen dienen soll, die die Weintrauben aus dem Weinberg mitbringen und jender, die im Laufe des Herstellungprozesses hinzukommen.</p> <p>Im Glas zeigt der <strong>88 Teclas</strong> eine kirschrote und bläuliche Farbe. Die Aromen sind Unterholz, Weirauch, Vanille und Schokolade mit balsamischen Noten. Das Holz ist gut integriert und überlagert so nicht die frsiche der Fuchtaromen. Am Gaumen ist dies ein breiter, angenehmer Rotwein mit runden Tanninen, einer ausgewogenen Säure und sorgt für einen langen Nachhall. Wir empfehlen diesen Wein zu rotem Fleisch, Wild und Eintöpfen. <h2><strong>1000 Acordes, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p><strong>1000 Accordes</strong> (1000 Akkorde) - eine wahrliche meisterhafte Komposition feinster Aromen. Ein <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/">Wein</a></strong></span> der für die besonderen Momente herhalten kann und Ihren Gaumen verwöhnt. Dieser wurde zu 100% aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/10/03/monastrell-jumilla-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rebsorte Monastrell</span></strong></a> gekeltert, die allesamt von mehr als 50 Jahre alten Rebstöcken stammen, die auf einer Höhe von rund 800m liegen und lediglich eine Ernte von 700kg pro Hektar ergeben - 700kg konzentrierte  Aromen, die dem <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein </a></span></strong>eine unheimliche Dichte und Struktur geben. Neben der Höhe spielt auch die Lage der Weinberge am Ende des Tales <span class="Y2IQFc" xml:lang="de" lang="de">Hoya de los Hermanos in Cehegín eine wichtige Rolle. Durch die die Weinberge umgebenden bewaldeten Berge, erfahren die Rebstöcke vor allem in den sonst heißen Sommernächten die nötige Abkühlung. Diese bewirkt, dass die Reben des Nachts in eine Ruhephase übergehen und vor allem die für gute Weine wichtige Säure erhalten bleibt. Zudem bilden die Beeren dickere Schalen aus in denen das nötige Tannin für die späteren hochwertigen Tropfen enthalten ist.<br /></span></p> <p>Die Farbe des Weines ist Kirschrot. Die <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-carreno/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bodegas Carreño</span></strong> </a>sind ein kleines Weingut aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bullas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Bullas</span></strong></a> und steht für authentische und regional erfolgreiche Weine. Genau das, was wir bei Vino&amp;Alma suchen. Die Farbe des Weines ist eine intensives Erdbeerpink. Die ausdrucksstarken Aromen im Glas erinnern an Himbeere und rote Früchte. Am Gaumen erscheint der Wein ausgewogen, harmonsich, fruchtig und süß. Die Winzer ernten die Trauben von Hand. Im Keller</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="en-us" lang="en-us"> w</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">erden die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena (60%) und Garnacha (40%) separat vinifiziert. Die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena reift 12 bis 14 Monate in 400-l-Fässern, während die Garnacha ebenso lange in Zementtanks ausgebaut wird. Im Glas gibt der Wein Aromen von roten und schwarzen Früchten und würzige Noten frei. Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das Priorat zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:6pt;line-height:150%;color:#ee220c;"><br /></span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Bei dem Projekt ging es anfangs um die Wiederherstellung alter Weinberge nahe der Ortschaft Porrera. José Luis Pérez ermutigte die Mitglieder der Dorfgenossenschaft ihre kostbaren Weinberge mit alten bis sehr alten Reben zu erhalten. Jene Steillagen waren schwierig zu bearbeiten und ergaben niedrige Erträge. Damit sich für die Bauern die Arbeit lohnt, kaufte Pérez ihnen die Trauben zu einem guten Preis ab und erzeugte daraus die Weine für Cims de Porrera.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Daraus entwickelte sich eine einzigartige Erfolgsgeschichte. href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/05/15/katalonien-wein-weinanbau/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">katalanischen Hinterland</a></strong>, unweit vom Mittelmeer entfernt. Die schroffe Bergregion wurde vor gut 1000 Jahren an Kartäusermönche übertragen, die dort ein „Priorat“ gründeten und außerdem den Weinbau einführten. Seither prägen der Weinbau und die Erzeugung von Wein jene Gegend. Wenngleich bis in die 1980er-Jahre nur farbintensive und alkoholstarke Massenweine von dort kamen, die überregional keine Beachtung fanden.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. Der katalanische Name bedeutet übersetzt „die Spitzen von Porrera“, was man wörtlich verstehen darf. Für das Projekt wurden sehr alte Weinberge in Hochlagen über der Ortschaft Porrera herangezogen. Er vereint <b>Kraft, Konzentration, Intensität, Eleganz und Mineralik</b> auf eine Weise, wie es nur Priorat-Weine können und nur die allerbesten Gewächse von dort.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Trauben für den <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a> werden manuell geerntet und vor der Vergärung von Hand selektioniert.
