<h2><strong>Roc Blanc de negre, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Nach einiger Suche hatten wir einen richtig guten <strong>Blanc de negre (Blanc de noire)</strong> in Spanien gefunden. In einer Tapasbar in Sitges südlich von Barcelona lief er uns über den Weg. Bereits 3 Tage später statteten wir der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-sant-josep/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Agrícola Sant Josep</strong></a></span> - eine Cooperative aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">D.O. Terra Alta</a></strong></span> im südlichen Katalonien gelegen - einen Besuch ab und waren auch von den restlichen Weinen aus der Linie überzeugt und der Grundstein für die weitere Zusammenarbeit gelegt.<br /><br /></p> <p>Der <strong>Roc</strong> <strong>(vormals Clot d`encis Blanc de negre)</strong> wird zu 100% aus der roten Rebsorte <strong>Garnacha Negra</strong> gekeltert und stammt aus der D.O. Terra Alta. Der Wein wirkt schlank und frisch und nur der leichte rote Stich in der Farbe des Weines, sowie der zarte Hauch von roten Früchten im Glas lassen seine Herkunft erahnen. Auch der relativ hohe Alkoholgehalt von 13,5% für einen <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Weißwein </span></strong></a>fällt nicht negativ ins Gewicht. Der Clot ist ein ausgewogener spanischer Weißwein mit einer herrlichen Frische die gern zum weitertrinken animiert. <h2><strong>Rotwein Lambuena Reserva, spanischer Rotwein<br /></strong></h2> <p>Einer der ältesten Weine bei uns im Sortiment und ein Wein der sich nicht hinter den anderen großen Weinen der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiet/ribera-duero/">Ribera del Duero</a></strong></span> verstecken muss! Für diesen Wein der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-lambuena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Lambuena</strong></a></span> wurden ausschließlich Trauben des Tinto fino verwendet, wie der Tempranillo in dieser Gegend Spaniens heißt. Die Rebstöcke sind über 80 Jahre alt und verleihen dem Wein seinen einzigartigen Charakter. Der Wein lag insgesamt <strong>18 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche</strong> (20% amerik. Eiche, 80% franz. Eiche). Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a> hat eine leuchtende rubinrote Farbe mit violetten Tönen. In der Nase ist dieser Weine sehr komplex mit einer sehr guten Harmonie der Aromen nach Pfeffer, Zimt und Vanille. Im Hintergrund finden sich Noten von wild und sehr reifen Früchten. Im Mund ist er fleischig und breit mit würzigen Aromen. <h2><strong>Garnacha Centenaria, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Garnacha Centenaria der </strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-aragonesas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Aragonesas</strong></a> ist eine Wucht und verzaubert den Gaumen mit herrlichen Aromen! Dieser reinsortige <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotwein</a> </strong>aus der Rebsorte<strong> Garnacha negra</strong>, stammt aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/campo-de-borja/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Campo de Borja</strong></a> und wurde insgesamt <strong>4 Monate </strong>in den Kellern der Bodegas Aragonesas<strong> in Fässern aus französischer Eiche</strong> gelagert. Die Farbe des Weines ist ein helles intensives Kirschrot. Im Glas zeigt dieser Wein ein intensives fruchtiges und florales Aroma, dass sehr sauber und kraftvoll ist. Hinzu kommen leichte Röst-, Karamell-, Vanille- und Gewürznoten, die durch die Alterung im Holz eingebracht wurden. Am Gaumen zeigt der Wein seine ganz Pracht, ist voluminös, fleischig, harmonisch und strukturiert. Ein sehr ausgewogener <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/">Wein</a> mit sehr langem Nachgeschmack. Ein Wein der sehr gut zu Rind passt! Probieren Sie diesen Wein, der für seinen Preis sehr viel mitbringt. Jahrgang 1996 erinnert Clot d'encís an die einzigartige Landschaft der Gemeinde Bot in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>D.O. Terra Alta</strong></span></a> und bietet den zeitgenössischen Ausdruck unserer Weinbautradition. Dieser spanische Weißwein der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-sant-josep/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Agrícola Sant Josep</strong></span></a> wird aus der Reben der Sorte Garnacha Blanca gewonnen. Die Rebsorte eignet sich seh gut für den Anabu in der Region, da diese hier nur mäßige Erträge, sowie - und das ist das wichtigste - vor allem gesundes Lesegut ergibt.  Die Ernte erfolgt hauptsächlich von Hand und bei hohen Temperaturen nur in den Morgenstunden. Ein Teil des Jahrgangs wird maschinell geerntet, immer nachts oder im Morgengrauen, um die Trauben so weit wie möglich vor Oxidation zu schützen. Bei der Weinbereitung überschreitet die Fermentationstemperatur 17 ° C nicht und ein Teil des Mosts wird durch Mazeration in der Vorfermentationsphase hergestellt. <h2><strong>Rotwein Lambuena Roble, Spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der jüngste im Fass ausgebaute Wein in der Reihe der herausragenden <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotweine</a> </strong></span>der<strong> <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-lambuena/">Bodegas Lambuena</a> </span></strong>aus der Denominacion de Origen<span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong> <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiet/ribera-duero/">Ribera del Duero</a></strong></span>, ist der Lambuena Roble. Wie alle Weine dieses Weingutes wurde ausschließlich mit der Rebsorte <strong>Tempranillo</strong> gearbeitet. Der Wein hat eine intensive kirschrote Farbe mit violetten Tönen. In der Nase verströmt er komplexe Aromen mit einer guten Intensität von reifen schwarzen Früchten. Mit dabei sind florale Noten und Lakritz. Durch den Fassausbau hat der Wein leichte Röstaromen. Im Mund ist der Wein ebenso komplex und fleischig, mit einer guten Struktur. Die Tannine sind ausgewogen und süßlich. Das Holz ist gut integriert. Dieser Wein ist ein toller Einstiegswein in die Weinwelt der Ribera del Duero!</p>

<h2><strong>Garnacha Selección Premium, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Die<strong> <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/campo-de-borja/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">D.O. Campo de Borja</a></span></strong> ist geprägt durch die Garnacha-Traube. Diese ergibt <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/">Weine</a></span></strong>, die geprägt sind durch eine schöne Frucht, weniger Tannin als der klassische Tempranillo und höhere Alkoholgehalte. Dies alles trifft auch auf den <strong>Garnacha Seleccion Premium</strong> der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-ruberte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Ruberte</strong></a></span> zu. Ein <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a></span>, der zu 100% aus der <strong>Rebsorte Garnacha negra</strong> besteht und 15% Alkohol aufweist. Der Reifeprozess wurde für <strong>7 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche</strong> vollzogen. Die Farbe des Weines ist ein Kirschrot mit violetten Tönen. Seine Aromen sind eine Explosion von Früchten - reifen Früchten, Brombeeren, Blaubeeren und mineralischen Tönen des Terroirs. Im Mund ist der Wein weich und rund, mit einer guten Säure und reifen Tanninen, welche gut integriert sind. href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Terra Alta</span></a></strong> und bietet den zeitgenössischen Ausdruck der Weinbautradition und des Engagements für die Qualität der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-sant-josep/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Agrícola Sant Josep</strong></span></a>. Dieser Wein wird aus den am besten an unsere Umwelt angepassten roten Rebsorten gewonnen, unter denen sich die Garnacha hervorhebt. Die Produktion erfolgt aus Reben, die aufgrund ihres moderaten Ertrags ausgewählt wurden, und aus Jahrgängen, die gesund und von optimaler Reife sind. Die traditionelle Mazuela, lokal Cariñena und Samsó genannt, und Syrah sind die weiteren Rebsorten die je nach Jahr und Ernte in unterschiedlichen Mengen gekeltert werden um den typischen Charakter des Clot d éncis Negre Jahr für Jahr möglichst einheitlich zu halten. Sowohl Grenache als auch Carignan werden von Hand geerntet. Alle Sorten werden separat verarbeitet. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt traditionell unter kontrollierten Bedingungen mit einer Mazerationszeit zwischen 8 und 14 Tagen. <h2><strong>Tresor, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Die <strong>Garnacha</strong>-Weine der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/manufacturers/bodegas-ruberte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Ruberte</strong></a>, sind ein Muss für alle Liebhaber der fruchtigen<strong> <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotweine</a>. </strong>Dieser zu 100% aus genannter Rebsorte hergestellte Wein, wurde um den Wein abzurunden,<strong> 8 Monate in Fässern aus französischer Eiche</strong> gelagert. Der Wein hat eine kirschrote Farbe mit violetten Tönen und wenn man die Nase ins Glas hält, springen einem die Aromen von Früchten, reifen Früchten, Brombeeren, Cranberry und die leichten mineralischenTöne des Terroirs förmlich entgegen! Am Gaumen ist er weich, rund, mit einer guten Säure und reifen Tanninen, welche gut integriert sind. Der Tinto Tresor passt hervorragend zu traditioneller spanischer Küche. <h2><strong>Roséwein Lambuena Rosado Seleccion, Spanischer Roséwein<br /></strong></h2> <p>Neben den großartigen Rotweinen, hat die <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-lambuena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Lambuena</a> </strong></span>auch einen besonderen<strong> <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rosewein/">Roséwein</a> </span></strong>im Angebot. Dieser besteht ausschließlich aus der bedeutendsten Rotwein Rebsorte Spaniens - dem Tempranillo. Die Rebstöcke sind über 40 Jahre alt und liegen auf einer Höhe von 900m über dem Meeresspiegel. Der Wein hat eine helle bonbonrosane Farbe und zeigt im Glas intensive und frische Aromen von roten Früchten und getrockneten Feldkräutern. Im Mund merkt man das alter der Rebstöcke! Dieser Wein ist saftig, mit samtigen Tanninen und einem leichten runden Abgang. Eine echte Empfehlung für alle <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-duero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ribera del Duero</a></strong></span> und Roséwein-Liebhaber! </p>

<h2><strong>La Xalamera, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>"La Xalamera" ist eine Einzellage die von Herència Altés bewirtschaftet wird. Der Boden hat eine dünne Auflage aus sandigem Lehm und darunter befindet sich bereits das Ausgangsgestein - Kalkstein. Diese besonderen und auch schwiereigen Voraussetzungen verleihen dem <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein</a></strong></span> "La Xalamera", von dem jährlich nur rund 3.00 Flaschen abgefüllt werden, seinen Charakter. Der Mangel an Wasser an diesem Standort führt schlussendlich zu einer unheimlichen Dichte im Wein. Wir waren anfangs überrascht, als wir den 2019er Jahrgang das erste Mal im Glas hatten, denn aromatisch spielt dieser Tinto der zu 100% aus der Rebsorte Garnacha negra gekeltert wurde in einer anderen Liga. In der Nase finden sich intensive Fruchtaromen voon Himbeere und roter Johannisbeere vor einem tollen würzigen Hintergrund aus Karamell und dezenten Raucharomen. Am Gaumen setzt sich der aromatische Eindruck aus der Nase fort und der Wein wirkt zum Teil recht üppig aber gleichzeitig auch sehr elegant auf Grund seiner Textur. Auf jeden Fall ist der "La Xalamera" ein Wein der sich herrlich ergründen lässt, mit tollen eindeutigen Fruchtnoten.<br /><br />Das Klima ist typsichs für die <strong>D.O. Terra Alta</strong> mediterran mit kontinentalem Einfluss vor allem während der Wintermonate. Gerade für die sonneverwöhnten Rebstöcke in Spanien ist diese Winterruhe wichtig für die Regeneration aber auch gegen Schädlinge im Weinberg. Ansonsten spielen wie auch in anderen katalanischen Apppellationen wie der D.O.C. Priorat die beiden Winde "El Cerc" und "Garbi" eine entscheidende Rolle für die Entwickling der Trauben. "El Cerc" ist ein kühler Nordwestwind der verhindert, dass die Trauben ihre natürliche Säure verlieren. "Garbi" ist eine milde Meeresbriese die vom Mittelmeer her weht und bewirkt dass die Trauben ordentlich ausreifen. Beide Winde sind auch entscheidend für ein gesundes Klima im Weinberg und verhindern so die Ausbreitung von Krankheiten (Fäule).<br /><br />Die Trauben stammen wie erwähnt aus der Einzellage "La Xalamera" von Rebstöcken die zwischen 1959 und 2004 gepflanzt wurden. Die Lage befindert sich auf einer durchschnittlichen Höhe von rund 420m ü. NN. Geerntet werden die Trauben in kleinen Boxen die danach gekühlt gelagert werden und erst am Morgen danach auf den Sortiertisch kommen, um unerwünschte und schlechte Trauben auszulesen. Anschließend kommt ein Drittel der Erntemenge direkt in Betontanks zur Vergärung. Danach wird der Most gepresst und kommt zur weiteren malolaktischen Gärung in 500 Liter Fässer aus französischer Eiche. <h2><strong>Coto de Hayas, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Dieser <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Weißwein</span></a></strong> der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-aragonesas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Aragonesas</strong></a></span> aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/campo-de-borja/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Campo de Borja</strong></a></span> im Norden Spaniens, wurde aus der <strong>Rebsorte Chardonnay</strong> gekeltert. Der <strong>Coto de Hayas</strong> hat eine blassgelbe Farbe und eine hohe Intensität an fruchtigen Aromen. <h2><strong>Lambuena Viñas Viejas, spanischer Rotwein<br /></strong></h2> <p>Dieser Autorenwein von den <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-lambuena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Lambuena</strong></a></span> aus der <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-duero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Ribera del Duero</span></a></strong> besteht zu 100% aus den Trauben des Tinta del pais (<strong>Tempranillo</strong>). Der Wein wurde insgesamt <strong>24 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche</strong> gelagert. Im Glas hat der Wein eine helle rubinrote Farbe mit violetten Tönen. In der Nase zeigt sich die große Komplexität des Weines mit einer guten Harmonie zwischen den würzigen Aromen von Pfeffer, Zimt und Vanille. Im Hintergrund finden sich Noten von Wild und sehr reifen Früchten. Im Mund ist dieser Wein breit und fleischig. Retronasal kommen die würzigen Aromen, die vorher bereits im Glas entdeckt wurden, wieder hervor.
