<h2><strong>Terrae Tinto, spanischer Rotwein [BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Der Terrae Finca Vasallo ist ein reinsortiger Garnacha Negra, dessen Trauben aus den Bio-Zertifizierten Lage mit dem Namen "Finca Vasallo" von Bodegas Tempore stammen. Die Weineberge liegen in der Region Bajo Aragon südöstlich von Zaragoza. Das Klima am Standort ist kontinental geprägt, mit heißen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Der Boden ist kalk- und tonhaltig, sowie reich an Mineralien. Der wenige Niederschlag wird hier im Gegensatz zu rein sandigen Böden, besser gespeichert und hilft der Rebe besser über den trockenen Sommer zu kommen. Die Höhe mit 550m über dem Meeresspiegel spielt eine entscheidende Rolle für die Qualität des Lesegutes. <h2><strong>Generación 46, spanischer Rotwein [BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Generación 46 bezoeht sich auf die Eltern-Generation von Paula und Victor. Die Trauben für diesen Wein stammen aus der Finca "Masatrigos" und "La Merla" in der Nähe des Ortes Lecera im Südosten der Stadt Zaragoza. Die Lagen befinden sich auf einer Höhe von 560m über dem Meeresspiegel und der Boden ist kalk- und lehmhaltig. Dies begünstigt das Wasserspeichervermögen und mindert den Trockenstress während der Sommermonate. <br /><br />Die Rebsorten Garnacha negra und Tempranillo werden einzeln geerntet und getrennt voneinander in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Auch danach erfolgt der Ausbau in den 500Liter Eichenfässern getrennt - Der Garnacha wird in Fässern aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut und der Tempranillo in Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche. <h2><strong>Clos Mustardó, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Mit dem <strong>Clos Mustardó</strong> hat Joan im <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-ametller/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Ametller</strong></a></span> einen <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Weißwein</strong></span></a> geschaffen, der es in sich hat. Dieser besteht zu 100% aus der <strong>Rebsorte Garnacha Blanca</strong>. Die Fermentation dieses Weines erfolgt max. <strong>1 Monat in Fässern aus französischer Eiche</strong> und anschliessend reift der Wein noch <strong>4 weitere Monate auf der Hefe im Fass</strong> ("Bâtonnage"). Das Ergebnis ist ein <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Weißwein</span></strong> </a>mit starkem Charakter! Die Farbe ist ein klares Strohgelb. Im Glas erinnern die Aromen an weißfleischige Früchte und Bergkräuter - natürlich mit einer rauchigen balsamischen Note durch die Fasslagerung. Im Mund ist der Wein kräftig, buttrig, robust, fruchtig und ausgewogen. Er verbleibt lang am Gaumen und hat einen langen anhaltenden Abgang. <h2><strong>Generación 20, spanischer Rotwein </strong><strong>[BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Die Trauben für den Generación 20 stammen aus der Lage Finca Viñalta, die von Großvater Antonio selbst vor ca. 75 Jahren angelegt wurde. Die Böden sind hier karg und nur am Rande der Finca in leichten Hanglagen finden sich ein wenig organische Anteile im Boden. Die Rebstöcke liegen auf einer Höhe von 600 m über dem Meeresspiegel. Das trockene und teils rauhe kontinentale Klima, in Kombination mit den armen Standorten und den alten Rebstöcken ergibt einen unwahrscheinlich mineralischen und dichten Wein von herrlicher Intensität. Die Weinbereitung geschieht ausschließlich mit autochtonen natürlichen Hefen aus dem Weinberg. <h2><strong>Clos Mustardó, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Ein wirklich besonderer Wein aus Joans Kreation ist der <strong>Clos Mustardó</strong>, welcher ein Cuvée aus den <strong>Rebsorten Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot</strong> ist. Die Trauben werden bei <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-ametller/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Ametller</strong></a></span> per Hand  in den Weinbergen im <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Priorat</span></a> </strong>am Fuße des Montsant gelesen und später sortiert, damit nur die besten Trauben für diesen Wein verwendet werden. Der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/">Rotwein</a> </strong></span>reift nach dem Gärprozess <strong>12 Monate in 300 Literfässern, hauptächlich aus französischer Eiche</strong>. Aber auch Fässer aus amerikanischer und ungarischer Eiche kommen zum Einsatz. Die Farbe ist ein intensives dunkles Kirschrot mit einem dunklen purpurroten Rand. In der Nase treten expressive fruchtige Aromen mit subtilen Röstaromen auf. Im Mund ist dieser Wein warm, ausgewogen und aromatisch. Der Abgang ist lang und angenehm. </p>

<h2><strong>Terrae Mas de Aranda, spanischer Rotwein [BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Die Trauben für diesen exzellenten Rotwein stammen aus der Lage "Mas de Aranda" in der Nähe des Ortes Lecera, in dem sich auch das Weingut befindet. Der Boden besteht hauptsächlich aus Kalkstein und die daraus resultierenden schwierigen Anbaubedingungen sind einerseits problematisch für die Pflanzung neuer Rebstöcke, aber andererseits umso besser für alte bereits an das Terroir angepasste alte Rebstöcke. Der Mangel bewirkt niedrigere Erträge und gleichzeitig eine höhere Konzentration an Mineralien und Substanz in den wenigen gebildeten Trauben. Das Ergebnis ist eine einzigartige Mineralität im Wein. <h2><strong>Terrae Rosado, spanischer Roséwein [BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Der Terrae Rosado ist ein reinsortiger Garnacha Negra, dessen Trauben aus den Bio-Zertifizierten Weinbergen von Bodegas Tempore stammen. Die Weineberge liegen in der Region Bajo Aragon südöstlich von Zaragoza. Das Klima am Standort ist kontinental geprägt, mit heißen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Der Boden ist kalk- und tonhaltig, sowie reich an Mineralien. Der wenige Niederschlag wird hier im Gegensatz zu rein sandigen Böden, besser gespeichert und hilft der Rebe besser über den trockenen Sommer zu kommen. Die Höhe mit 550m über dem Meeresspiegel spielt eine entscheidende Rolle für die Qualität des Lesegutes. <h2><strong>Generación 50, spanischer Weißwein </strong><strong>[BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Die Trauben für den Generación 50 stammen aus der Lage Finca La Dehesa, welche 560m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt und sich gleich in der Nähe von Lecera befindet. Geerntet werden die hochwertigen Trauben für diesen tollen spanischen Weißwein ausschließlich per Hand, wodurch bereits im Weinberg die erste Qualitätskontrolle der Trauben stattfindet. Der Boden der Finca ist kalk- und lehmhaltig, was gerade in diesem Gebiet mit sehr wenig Niederschlag hilft, die Niederschläge im Winter im Boden zu speichern. <br /><br />Ansonsten sind die Weine der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/manufacturers/bodegas-tempore/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Tempore</strong></a></span> allesamt <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/bioweine/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">BIO-Weine</span></strong></a>. Neben den erstklassigen Weinen aus der Linie Terrae vermarktet dieses Weingut auch die Generación (Generation) Weine unter der Klassifizierung <em>Vinos de la tierra </em>(Landwein) aus der Region <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bajo-aragon/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bajo Aragon</strong></span></a>. Insgesamt gibt es vier dieser Weine und alle stehen stellvertretend für die langjährige Tradition mit der in der Familie Yago Aznar Wein hergestellt wird. Der Generación 20 steht für die Wurzeln der Weinbauleidenschaft in dieser Familie. Die Rebsorten <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Cari</a></strong></span><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span></a></strong><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ena (Carignan)</a></strong> und <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/09/05/garnacha-rebsorten-spanien/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Garnacha (Grenache)</strong></a> wachsen hier in den berühmt wie armen Schieferböden des Anbaugebiets <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Priorat</a></strong>. Die Reben ergeben niedrigste Erträge mit hoher Konzentration. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:6pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a><strong> </strong>stammt aus zwanzig Weinlagen von unterschiedlichen Weinbauern. Die Winzer ernten die Trauben von Hand. Im Keller</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="en-us" lang="en-us"> w</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">erden die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena (60%) und Garnacha (40%) separat vinifiziert. Die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena reift 12 bis 14 Monate in 400-l-Fässern, während die Garnacha ebenso lange in Zementtanks ausgebaut wird. Im Glas gibt der Wein Aromen von roten und schwarzen Früchten und würzige Noten frei. Dank seidiger Textur und poliertem Tannin erzeugt er ein großartiges Mundgefühl.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><b><i><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Infos zum Erzeuger:</span></i></b></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das schroffe Berggebiet <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Priorat</a> </strong>stand lange Zeit für dunkle und hochprozentige Bulkweine. Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das Priorat zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:6pt;line-height:150%;color:#ee220c;"><br /></span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Bei dem Projekt ging es anfangs um die Wiederherstellung alter Weinberge nahe der Ortschaft Porrera. José Luis Pérez ermutigte die Mitglieder der Dorfgenossenschaft ihre kostbaren Weinberge mit alten bis sehr alten Reben zu erhalten. Jene Steillagen waren schwierig zu bearbeiten und ergaben niedrige Erträge. Damit sich für die Bauern die Arbeit lohnt, kaufte Pérez ihnen die Trauben zu einem guten Preis ab und erzeugte daraus die Weine für Cims de Porrera.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Daraus entwickelte sich eine einzigartige Erfolgsgeschichte. href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/05/15/katalonien-wein-weinanbau/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">katalanischen Hinterland</a></strong>, unweit vom Mittelmeer entfernt. Die schroffe Bergregion wurde vor gut 1000 Jahren an Kartäusermönche übertragen, die dort ein „Priorat“ gründeten und außerdem den Weinbau einführten. Seither prägen der Weinbau und die Erzeugung von Wein jene Gegend. Wenngleich bis in die 1980er-Jahre nur farbintensive und alkoholstarke Massenweine von dort kamen, die überregional keine Beachtung fanden.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. Der katalanische Name bedeutet übersetzt „die Spitzen von Porrera“, was man wörtlich verstehen darf. Für das Projekt wurden sehr alte Weinberge in Hochlagen über der Ortschaft Porrera herangezogen. Das Holz ist hierbei großartig im Wein eingebunden, es gibt ihm zusätzlich Spannung und Struktur und rundet ihn auf außergewöhnliche Weise ab. Hier - zwischen dem Montsant-Gebirge und dem Siurana-Fluss - herrscht ein spezifisches Mikroklima, was Poboleda zu einem der kühlsten Orte im Priorat macht. Nichtsdestotrotz herrscht ein mediterranes Klima mit viel Sonne und wenig Niederschlägen. Das Weingut wurde 1998 von den lokal ansässigen Familien Doix und Llagostera gegründet. Die Weintradition der Familien reicht hingegen bis ins 19. Jahrhundert zurück.
